These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 555ph platform and all services provided under the 555ph brand. Please read this document carefully before registering or using any 555ph service.

All 555ph services are strictly for players aged 21 and above. Underage registration is a violation of these Terms and Philippine law. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed and funds returned.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active 555ph account. Duplicate accounts may result in permanent suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.

Your acceptance of these Terms is indicated by any of the following actions: completing the 555ph account registration process and clicking the "I agree" confirmation; accessing any page on the 555ph platform; or making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotion on the platform.
These Terms supersede all prior oral or written communications, representations, or agreements between you and 555ph relating to your use of the platform. 555ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Minimum Age — 21 Years: The 555ph platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration, in compliance with PAGCOR's mandatory minimum age requirement for casino-style gambling in the Philippines. Individuals under the age of 21 are absolutely prohibited from registering, accessing, or using the 555ph platform in any manner.
To be eligible to register and use the 555ph platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active account:
555ph reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
To access real-money gaming on the 555ph platform, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 555ph account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 555ph employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. All accounts found to be duplicates may be permanently suspended, and all associated balances may be forfeited.
You are obligated to provide truthful and accurate information during registration and to update your account details promptly if your circumstances change. 555ph shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
Prior to processing any cash withdrawal from the 555ph platform, you are required to complete the KYC verification process. This involves submitting a clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID) together with a recent selfie photograph. 555ph may request additional documentation where deemed necessary to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 555ph shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify 555ph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
555ph accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the payment methods listed on the 555ph Cashier page, which currently include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, PesoNet, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Available payment methods are subject to change at 555ph's discretion.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, except where a higher minimum is specified for a particular payment method. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, however individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
All deposits must originate from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts in third-party names are prohibited. 555ph reserves the right to require proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds.
Currency: All transactions on the 555ph platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in foreign currencies will not be accepted. No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals.
Deposits are for gaming purposes only. 555ph does not provide banking, lending, money transfer, or financial services. Depositing funds into a 555ph account and subsequently withdrawing those funds without engaging in genuine gaming activity may be treated as suspected money laundering and reported to the appropriate authorities.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the 555ph Cashier page at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing by 555ph.
KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal from the 555ph platform is processed. Requests submitted before verification is complete will be held pending until verification is approved. 555ph aims to process completed KYC applications within 24 hours of submission of all required documents.
GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay typically settle within 30 minutes; PesoNet transfers settle within one business day. These timeframes are indicative and may vary during periods of high demand, scheduled maintenance, or unusual account activity. 555ph does not guarantee processing within any specific timeframe.
555ph reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request for the following reasons: the account has not completed KYC verification; there are pending wagering requirements associated with bonus funds; 555ph reasonably suspects fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms; the withdrawal is subject to a regulatory investigation or legal hold; or the withdrawal request is inconsistent with normal account activity patterns.
555ph periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, together with any promotion-specific terms published on the promotion's detail page.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to a 555ph account are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's terms. Wagering must be completed on eligible games within the specified validity period; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
555ph maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, without limitation: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; making deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming intent to circumvent wagering requirements; placing equal and opposite bets across accounts or with other platforms to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine risk; and any other conduct designed to exploit promotional structures. 555ph reserves the right to withhold bonus funds, cancel winnings, and permanently close accounts involved in bonus abuse.
Promotion Changes: 555ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion will have their existing promotion terms honored to the extent reasonably practicable, subject to any material change in circumstances.
All games available on the 555ph platform are governed by the individual rules published by the respective game provider, together with the general rules set out in this section. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
The outcome of all slot games and random-number-based games is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG is independently tested and certified by recognized gaming testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee outcomes on any individual session or wager.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in a game or its rules (including incorrect odds being displayed), 555ph reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the player's account. Winnings derived from a manifest error are not payable and shall be deducted from an account if they have been credited in error.
555ph's decision in all matters relating to game outcomes, technical malfunctions, and rule disputes is final, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 15 of these Terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 555ph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:
All content on the 555ph platform — including but not limited to the 555ph brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of 555ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Your use of the 555ph platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other licence or right is granted.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 555ph content without prior written authorization from 555ph. Unauthorized use of 555ph's intellectual property may result in legal action.

555ph does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. The 555ph platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.
In no event shall 555ph's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount deposited by you into your 555ph account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) ₱5,000.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
555ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the 555ph Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering for and using the 555ph platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected by 555ph — including your name, date of birth, contact information, KYC documents, transaction history, and device information — is used for account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming obligations, customer support, and regulatory compliance purposes.

555ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon account termination for a material breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings — may be forfeited. 555ph will provide written notice of forfeiture via email to your registered address. Where termination is not due to player fault, the remaining balance of real-money funds (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original payment method.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the 555ph platform — including game outcomes, bonus decisions, withdrawal processing, or account actions — you are encouraged to follow this process:
555ph's decision at Step 2 is final and binding in respect of all factual determinations relating to game outcomes, technical issues, and platform operations, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 15 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable.
555ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the 555ph platform at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulation.
The effective date of the current version of these Terms is shown at the top of this document. Your continued use of the 555ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your account.
